Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience: 2+ years’
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Negotiable and not a constraint for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels, focusing on lead generation with a monthly budget of up to ₹10 lakhs.
- Design, build, and grow our social media presence, ensuring strategic alignment for engagement, brand positioning, and lead acquisition.
- Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to generate high-quality leads through Google and Meta Ads, optimizing performance metrics such as CPL (Cost Per Lead) to drive efficient results.
- Analyze trends and insights, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize spend and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new growth strategies, delivering innovative solutions that enhance lead generation and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B tests, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Regularly track and analyze website and marketing analytics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture, etc., to report performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and new technologies in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
- Skills:
o Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Social Media Marketing for lead generation.
o Strong experience in running PPC campaigns and managing monthly ad budgets of up to ₹10 lakhs.
o Proven track record of reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead) while generating efficient and high-quality leads.
o Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Omniture, etc.).
o Creative thinker with excellent communication and content creation abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
