About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our JLR sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, generating sales opportunities, and achieving vehicle sales targets while upholding the premium standards of the Jaguar Land Rover brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Present and demonstrate JLR vehicles, features, and benefits effectively.
- Conduct test drives and provide a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, luxury retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for automobiles and luxury brands.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driving license preferred.
