Studwise International is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our growing Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate will guide students through overseas education opportunities and play a key role in student conversion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries

Handle inbound leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into enrollments

Explain admission procedures, eligibility, documentation, and visa processes clearly

Coordinate with application, visa, and operations teams for smooth processing

Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM

Meet individual and team counseling & conversion targets

Build trust-based relationships with students and parents
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred)

Proven experience as an Academic Counselor / Study Abroad Counselor

Freshers may be considered if they possess strong sales and communication skills.
