Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems on desktops and servers.
- Server Review: Monitor, audit, and maintain server health and performance; assist in troubleshooting server-related issues.
- Microsoft Office Setup: Install and configure Microsoft Office applications across user systems.
- Firewall Knowledge: Understand basic firewall configuration and ensure proper security settings are in place.
- Switch & Access Point Configuration: Assist in the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of network switches and wireless access points.
- IT Call Troubleshooting: Provide timely support for daily IT issues raised by end-users via calls.
- Data Backup: Ensure regular backups are performed and verified; support disaster recovery procedures as needed.
- Daily Call Report Generation: Maintain logs and generate daily reports of all IT service calls and resolutions.
- Antivirus Installation: Deploy and manage antivirus software across the organization to maintain endpoint security.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite, and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with switches, APs, and basic firewall settings
- Experience with backup tools and antivirus solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to generate reports and maintain documentation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
