Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and washrooms are cleaned and maintained as per company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are met.
- Assign daily work schedules and monitor staff productivity.
- Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with the Front Office.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, linen, uniforms, and cleaning equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for repair and maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train, mentor, and monitor housekeeping associates on SOPs and grooming standards.
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports, attendance, and shift rosters.
- Monitor the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to minimize wastage.
- Ensure lost and found procedures are followed accurately.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹12,749.63 - ₹38,345.68 per month
