Job Title: Marketing Executive – Facility Management Services
Location: Chandigarh / Panchkula / Mohali
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Marketing Executive to acquire new clients for Facility Management, Housekeeping, and Security Services. The role involves field marketing, client meetings, and business development across the Tricity region.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing/business development, preferably in Facility, Housekeeping, or Security Services
- Strong experience in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, soft-spoken, and target-oriented
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits
- Prior experience in similar service-based companies preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
