Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing and Tech/SaaS industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy, client management, and execution. You will be responsible for leading performance marketing campaigns, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, maintaining exceptional client relationships, and overseeing internal digital marketing product operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Strategy
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end B2B performance marketing campaigns across Google Search & Display Ads and Paid Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Analyze campaign data, track key metrics (KPIs/ROAS), and turn insights into actionable optimization strategies to drive high-quality B2B leads.
2. Project & Operations Management
- Act as the primary project manager ensuring all digital marketing campaigns, deliverables, and timelines are met seamlessly.
- Oversee and manage internal digital marketing product operations, aligning workflows between creative, content, and technical teams.
- Implement agile project management methodologies to improve team efficiency and campaign delivery.
3. Client Facing & Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, presenting campaign performance reports, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex digital marketing data into clear, business-oriented insights for B2B clients and stakeholders.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B industries or B2B marketing agencies.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads (Search & Display) and Paid Social Media platforms.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager, ideally using tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools to build comprehensive reports.
- Leadership & Operations: Strong ability to manage internal operations, cross-functional teams, and product workflows under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
