Role Overview Loco Bear & Loco Lane are seeking a dynamic, execution-driven Assistant Manager / Executive - Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts across operational units and corporate functions. Based in Bengaluru, this role focuses on supporting fast-paced business growth through full-cycle hiring, active candidate sourcing, and creating seamless onboarding experiences. You will work closely with department heads and regional HR teams to satisfy manpower requirements for rapid-scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full hiring lifecycle from initial candidate outreach to onboarding for operational, corporate, F&B, and entertainment roles. Execute bulk hiring initiatives for outlet teams while addressing niche functional needs.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Generation: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and social media channels to recruit active and passive talent. Build robust pipelines for recurring roles and perform initial screenings for cultural and functional fit.
- Stakeholder & Operational Coordination: Partner with Centre HRs and department heads to streamline interview scheduling, collect structured feedback, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor key hiring metrics (like turnaround time and offer conversion rates), and report status updates.
- Employer Branding & Recruitment Drives: Organize walk-in interview drives, manage hiring campaigns, and create engaging social media content to elevate brand visibility in the talent market.
Requirements & Preferred Skills Candidates must hold 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with prior exposure to the F&B, hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries strongly preferred. A background in high-volume, operational recruitment is essential, as is proficiency with recruitment tracking tools and MS Excel. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, thrives in high-growth environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and brings high energy to building dynamic teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
