Customer Support Executive (Work From Office)
PRDGY is looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executive who understands customers, communicates clearly, and takes complete ownership of support operations.
This is a full-time Work From Office role and requires complete availability during working hours. The role is not suitable for part-time candidates, freelancers, or individuals with parallel commitments during office hours.
You will be responsible for managing customer communication end-to-end while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers across Email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone calls
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, payments, and sizing
- Communicate with customers in clear, polite, and professional English while maintaining the brand’s tone and voice
- Ensure timely responses and proper follow-ups on all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, complaints, and resolutions
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Track pending queries and ensure no customer issue is missed or delayed
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
- Take complete ownership of customer satisfaction and resolution quality
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
- (D2C, e-commerce, or fashion brand experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken
- Comfortable handling calls, chats, emails, and social media conversations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
- Professional attitude with high accountability and responsiveness
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basisImportant Expectations

- High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and ownership is mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
