Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support our team in driving business growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role offers hands-on experience in both sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads
- Support the sales team in outreach (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Manage and update CRM/database with customer information
- Assist in content creation for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with tools like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or analytics tools
- Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing
