Key Responsibilities
- Meet potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Kozhikode.
