Role summary
We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Executive to call and convert CRM-provided leads within the defined TAT, clearly explain travel packages and pricing, and build long-term customer relationships to drive bookings and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads assigned through the CRM within the target turnaround time (TAT) and log all interactions accurately.
- Explain travel packages, day‑wise itineraries, inclusions/exclusions, cost breakdowns, and payment terms clearly to customers.
- Conduct timely follow-ups (phone, email, WhatsApp) to nurture prospects until booking or disqualification.
- Handle objections, negotiate within given guidelines, and close bookings to meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM: lead status, notes, quotations, follow‑up dates, and booking confirmations.
- Monitor destination trends and share customer feedback or gaps with Product/Marketing teams.
- Deliver high-quality customer service pre- and post-booking to foster repeat business and positive reviews.
Required qualifications & skills
- 0–1 year experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound and inbound calls and using CRMs.
- Basic knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations, visa basics, and common travel requirements.
- Strong phone‑based sales skills, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Good organization skills and attention to detail for CRM record‑keeping.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed (peak travel season/time-zone overlap).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
