Gulab is one of India’s trusted edible oil and food brands with a strong presence across multiple states. We are expanding our distribution network in Maharashtra and looking for passionate and experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our team.
Job Purpose
To manage the assigned territory, drive primary & secondary sales, and develop distributors and premium outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor operations & ensure primary sales
- Achieve monthly primary & secondary targets
- Plan and monitor beat productivity of Sales Officers
- Appoint new distributors / sub-stockists where required
- Expand presence in premium & modern trade outlets
- Ensure effective trade schemes & in-store execution
- Monitor stock, ageing, claims & credit control
- Conduct joint market visits and retailer negotiations
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts & performance reports
- Coordinate with distributor team for delivery, stock planning, and order follow-ups.
- Focus on A+ / A category premium outlets to ensure strong availability and visibility of premium range.
Requirements:
- 7-8 years of FMCG general trade sales experience.
- Preferred: Experience in Edible Oil / Food products.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong Network of Distributors, and sales team.
- Local market knowledge of Chandigarh and mohali territory.
