To drive Life Insurance business growth through the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing Life Insurance Advisors, ensuring achievement of premium targets, high persistency, and strict adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Recruitment & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and license Life Insurance Advisors as per IRDAI norms.
- Build a strong and active advisor base with a focus on quality recruitment.
- Ensure timely activation and engagement of newly recruited advisors.
- Improve advisor productivity and retention through regular engagement.
Sales & Business Generation
- Achieve assigned Life Insurance targets (Premium, Policies, Persistency).
- Drive sales across Life Insurance products including:
- Protection plans (Term Insurance)
- Savings & Investment plans (ULIP, Endowment)
- Retirement & Pension plans
- Child plans
- Plan and execute local sales initiatives to increase market penetration.
Training & Coaching
- Conduct regular product, sales, and IRDAI compliance training for advisors.
- Coach advisors on need‑based selling and ethical sales practices.
- Accompany advisors on field calls to support closures and improve conversion.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely policy documentation and proposal submission.
- Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor policy quality, early lapses, and persistency ratios.
- Handle escalations related to customers or advisors.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for advisors at the branch level.
Pay: ₹204,604.47 - ₹500,000.00 per year
