- Analyse, troubleshoot, and diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues with clients at their location in and around Mumbai.
- O/S Re-Installation, Troubleshooting, Update, Upgradation, maintain, and vigilantly keep an eye on all facets of computer networks.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the business.
- Fix software bugs, networking problems, and hardware malfunctions.
- Ensuring network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with no or minimum downtime
- Install, configure and support network and firewall infrastructure within the organization
- Develop requirements for firewall rule implementation including source and destination IPs, Ports, Transport Protocol
- Works with an experienced team of network engineers in performing vulnerability and fault analysis on enterprise perimeter devices, and developing and implementing system remediation and recovery plans
- Set priorities for and simultaneously handle many open concerns.
- Check-in with clients to make sure their IT systems are completely operational after troubleshooting.
- Give accurate and timely reports.
