Roles and Responsibilities
- Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Shopclues, Paytm, Amazon, etc. as well as our e-commerce site.
- Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae.
- Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory.
- Address customer complaints on phone and email.
- Generate sales and meet targets.
- Coordinate with people at online portals for deals & promotions.
- Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.
- Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily.
- Managing daily online dispatches.

- Office skills - Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables), Google Docs, internet search, etc.
- Inventory management
- Decent English language skills
