Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively detect potential issues.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Experience in configuring and managing application performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose complex technical problems.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Capability to work with automation tools to streamline monitoring and alerting processes.
