We are looking for a passionate designer who enjoys creating beautiful products, designing interiors, and interacting with clients.
Job Responsibilities
1. Furniture & Product Design
- Design original furniture collections including sofas, beds, dining tables, chairs, coffee tables, consoles, cabinets, wardrobes, mirrors, and accessories.
- Develop complete furniture collections with matching products.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, and finish combinations.
- Research international furniture and interior design trends.
- Prepare concept sketches, 3D renders, and technical drawings for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the factory during product development and prototyping.
2. Interior Styling
Create interior styling concepts using our product range including:
- Living Rooms
- Bedrooms
- Dining Rooms
- Foyers
- Home Offices
- Luxury Apartments
- Villas
- Prepare furniture layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and presentation renders based on our collections.
- Assist clients in selecting furniture, décor, lighting, fabrics, and finishes from our product offerings.
- Create complete luxury home styling concepts using Country Villa Decor products.
3. Showroom Sales & Client Consultation
- Meet walk-in clients and understand their design requirements.
- Recommend furniture, accessories, and interior solutions based on client needs.
- Convert enquiries into sales through excellent product knowledge and design consultation.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium customers.
- Assist clients with customization options including finishes, fabrics, leather, dimensions, and layouts.
4. Visual Merchandising
- Plan attractive furniture displays.
- Style room settings and product vignettes.
- Suggest décor, artwork, rugs, lighting, and accessories to enhance showroom presentation.
- Keep displays updated with new collections and seasonal themes.
Desired Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of furniture design and construction.
- Excellent design sense with knowledge of luxury interiors.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Passion for luxury furniture and interior styling.
Software Skills
Knowledge of one or more of the following:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
Preferred Experience
- 2–8 years in furniture design, interior design, luxury retail, or premium furniture sales.
- Experience with custom furniture is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply.
