Job Summary
A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required for company operations. The role ensures timely procurement at the best quality and competitive pricing while maintaining vendor relationships and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts
- Prepare and process purchase orders
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/production teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payments
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
