Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong knowledge of legacy system architectures and experience in transitioning to modern platforms.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with application configuration management and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in mainframe modernization projects.
