Job Summary
We're looking for an Junior Product Manager to help drive the personal loan product roadmap. You'll work closely with credit, technology, and operations teams to translate business needs into product specifications, track key performance metrics, and support the Product Lead in delivering a seamless, compliant lending experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap for personal loan offerings, in line with business goals.
- Gather and analyze requirements from business, credit, technology, and operations teams to build product specifications (BRD/PRD).
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into functional features on the LOS/LMS platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor research within the NBFC/BFSI space to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Track key product metrics (conversion rates, TAT, drop-offs) and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles and ensure timely, quality releases.
- Support the Product Lead in prioritizing the backlog and managing sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all product features comply with RBI Fair Practices Code and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously refine the user journey and product experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- ·Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 1–2years of experience in product management, preferably within NBFC, fintech, or BFSI domains.
- Prior exposure to personal loan or lending products is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Working Hours and Days
- Full Time: Monday to Saturday (Sat – WFH)
- 10:00 A.M. – 6:30 P.M
