Role Overview
At Bhoruka Park, we are on an ambitious journey to develop and operate 5 million square feet of premium commercial office spaces over the next five years. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive who brings precision, ownership, and a strong grasp of financial operations to our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Purchase & work order management: Preparation and timely issuance of Purchase Orders, Work Orders, BOQs, and Abstracts based on PRs/SRs raised by site offices and Head Office, in line with approved documentation and ERP workflows.
- ERP-based accounting & expense booking: Accurate and timely booking of all expenses, GRNs, payment certificates, and petty cash vouchers in the ERP system — with a strict turnaround of 2 working days from receipt of approved documents.
- Document management & record keeping: Scanning and attaching all supporting documents to relevant ERP transactions; maintaining physical files with proper indexing for seamless retrieval and audit readiness.
- Reporting & inventory verification: Monthly generation of ERP reports across applicable modules, periodic physical verification of site inventory against ERP records, and review of utility consumption data prior to client billing.
- Employee reimbursements & banking: Verification and processing of employee expense reimbursements in compliance with company policy; handling banking tasks including KYC documentation, cheque deposits, and foreign remittances.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Graduate or above, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts
- Prior exposure to real estate, construction, or infrastructure is strongly preferred
- Hands-on proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Strong adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and timelines

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
