Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day customer interactions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Share company profile, product information, and catalogs with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
Create and maintain item codes based on customer requirements and product specifications.
Coordinate customer meetings and prepare the required documents and presentations.
Prepare, review, and send accurate quotations as per customer requirements.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Process customer orders and maintain complete sales documentation.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide customers with regular updates on order status and delivery schedules.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, pending orders, and overall satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
Update ERP/CRM systems and generate reports as required.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Willingness to learn pneumatic products and industrial automation solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
