Job Summary:
We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Ads Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and performance optimization to drive high-quality leads and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum performance within allocated spend. Implement and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Work closely with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives. Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to scale campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Experience in budget management and campaign scaling.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹59,308.22 per month
