About the Role
Rabbit HR Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Recruitment Interns who are passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while working with multiple industries and real client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BBA, BMS, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. or equivalent).
- Final-year students awaiting results or graduates are not eligible.
- Bachelor's degree must not be completed at the time of application.
- Candidate must be currently residing in Mumbai.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
