About the Role
We are hiring a Quality Analyst to review AI-generated fashion images (models wearing apparel/attire) before they are delivered to clients. The role is critical to maintaining output accuracy, brand consistency, and platform compliance across every image batch.
Key Responsibilities
● Review AI-generated fashion images against internal quality guidelines and client-specific requirements before delivery
● Check for AI generation artifacts: distorted hands/fingers, warped fabric, asymmetrical features, unnatural poses, blurring, or inconsistent lighting/shadows
● Verify garment accuracy: correct color, print, fit, fabric texture, and styling details match the source product
● Validate technical specifications: image resolution, aspect ratio, background color/type, file format, and naming conventions as per client/platform requirements (e.g., marketplace listing standards)
● Flag and document defects with clear notes for the creative/production team to correct
● Maintain a QC checklist/tracker for each SKU or batch, logging pass/fail status and rejection reasons
● Ensure consistency across a full image set (front, back, side, detail, styled shots) for the same product
● Conduct a final sign-off check before images are sent to the client
● Identify recurring quality issues and flag patterns to improve
upstream generation/prompting quality
● Maintain fast turnaround times without compromising review accuracy
Requirements
● Minimum 2 years of experience in quality analysis/quality control, preferably in e-commerce imagery, photo editing, catalog production, or a related visual QC role
● Strong eye for visual detail — able to spot subtle inconsistencies in image quality, color accuracy, and composition
● Familiarity with fashion/apparel presentation standards (fit, drape, styling) is a strong plus
● Understanding of image specifications: resolution (DPI/pixels), aspect ratios, color modes (RGB), and file formats
● Prior exposure to AI-generated imagery or generative AI tools (e.g., recognizing common AI artifacts) is a plus, not mandatory — training will be provided
● Comfortable working with tools like Photoshop, image viewers, or spreadsheetbased tracking systems
● Ability to work independently against a defined checklist while using judgment for edge cases
● Good written communication skills to document defects clearly for the creative team
Nice to Have
● Experience working with fashion e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and their listing/image guidelines
● Background in photography, retouching, or garment/textile quality control
What Success Looks Like
● Near-zero client-side rejections due to missed quality issues
● Consistent, well-documented QC records for every batch
● Fast, reliable turnaround that keeps production timelines on track
