Job Description
Carbelim Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our finance and accounts team in daily accounting, documentation, billing, and financial record management.
This internship is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in accounting, GST, invoicing, purchase records, payment tracking, and basic financial operations in a growing climate-tech company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial documents.
- Support invoice preparation, purchase entries, sales entries, and payment tracking.
- Help with GST-related documentation and basic compliance work.
- Maintain vendor, customer, and expense records in an organized manner.
- Assist in bank statement checking and reconciliation support.
- Help prepare basic reports related to expenses, payments, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Support the accounts team in monthly closing activities.
- Perform any other finance/admin support tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, Tally, Excel, and invoicing is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
Eligibility
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, or related finance/accounting background.
- Freshers and students currently pursuing final year may apply.
- Prior internship experience in accounts is an added advantage.
