Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to manage candidate profile marketing, coordinate with recruiters and vendors, and connect qualified candidates with suitable opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment while supporting international recruitment activities.
Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens to recruiters, vendors, and clients.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements through job portals, vendor networks, and sourcing channels.
- Submit candidate profiles to matching requirements within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities, submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, vendors, and hiring partners.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure candidate resumes are formatted and optimized according to client requirements.
- Track candidate availability, project status, and job preferences.
- Meet daily and weekly submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Work closely with recruiters and team members to fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and recruitment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales, US Staffing, Recruitment, or Profile Marketing.
- Basic understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with work authorization types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens is preferred.
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed is an advantage.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and skill sets is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with recruiters, vendors, or consulting companies in the US staffing industry.
- Knowledge of tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience handling multiple consultant profiles simultaneously.
- Understanding of visa classifications and work authorization processes.

Pay
- Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, communication abilities, and overall interview performance.
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
