Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Address customer concerns, provide suitable resolutions, or escalate issues when required.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Guide customers on product features, advantages, and effective usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or helpdesk roles.
- Willingness to work from our office located in Kalamassery.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
