We're hiring a web developer / digital growth partner for a car rental business in Delhi NCR.
The business has a strong operating track record and an existing customer base but would like to expand as there is lot of scope in this field of business. Also what's missing is digital reach — the website and online presence need to be rebuilt to match the scale of the business and drive new bookings.
Scope of work:
- Rebuild the website: mobile-first, fast, built for conversions — fleet listings, transparent pricing, easy booking flow, service area coverage across Delhi NCR
- Set up and manage paid promotion (Google Ads, Meta) targeted at car rental demand in Delhi NCR
- Build and run a social media presence that generates enquiries, not just impressions
- Track performance against bookings and leads, not vanity metrics
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience with local service or travel businesses — show us relevant work
- Ability to own both the build and the growth mandate, or a small team that covers both end to end
- Someone who thinks in terms of business outcomes — enquiries, conversions, cost per booking — not just deliverables
This is an ongoing engagement, not a one-off project. We want a partner who stays on to scale the business's digital presence, not just launch a site and move on.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi, Delhi (Delhi)
