We are hiring two Senior UI/UX Designers to own the end-to-end user experience and product design for enterprise platforms—translating complex B2B workflows (such as 3D CAD analysis, industrial spec finders, real-time logistics mapping, and financial investor portals) into sleek, world-class digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Product Design: Design high-converting, intuitive, and mobile-responsive web applications for enterprise clients, executive boards, and institutional investors.
- Complex Workflow Mapping: Simplify technical B2B user journeys (e.g., STEP file upload flows, parametric material filtering, clear-height logistics calculators).
- Design Systems & UI Kits: Build, maintain, and scale clean, reusable Figma design systems, component libraries, and visual style guides for Innowares and client platforms.
- Data Visualization & Dashboards: Craft high-impact visual dashboards for quarterly financial reporting, live stock tickers, and ESG compliance tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Founder and Lead Developers to ensure design feasibility, pixel-perfect execution, and rapid prototyping.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Tooling Mastery: Advanced expertise in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Design Systems, Interactive Prototyping) and modern visual tools (Framer/Spline/Adobe Suite).
- Enterprise/B2B SaaS Experience: Proven track record of designing complex dashboards, enterprise software, or industrial tools (Portfolio required).
- Information Architecture: Strong grasp of UX research, user journey mapping, wireframing, and visual hierarchy.
- Visual Polish: Exceptionally sharp eye for typography, grid alignment, visual hierarchy, and modern corporate aesthetics.
- Bonus Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities, 3D web presentation, or interactive map UI.
Interview & Selection Process
- Portfolio Review: Evaluation of past enterprise/dashboard design work.
- Design & Vision Discussion (30 Mins): Walkthrough of a past complex project with the Founder & Chief Architect.
- Final Offer & Onboarding.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
