Job Purpose:
To acquire new individual donors for APD through effective telecalling, relationship-building, and persuasive communication, contributing to the growth of the organization’s donor base and fundraising revenue. Raise the funds as per the given target- daily, weekly and monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
? Donor Acquisition

Raise Funds through outbound calls to prospective donors using qualified databases.

Present APD’s work and programs clearly and convincingly.

Encourage one-time and recurring donations from individuals.

Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into active donors.
?️ Communication & Persuasion

Deliver compelling fundraising pitches tailored to different donor segments.

Handle objections confidently and address donor queries with clarity.

Build trust and create a positive image of APD through every interaction.
? Data Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor call records in CRM/Salesforce.

Record call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up status regularly.

Tag data and update dispositions for reporting and analysis.
? Reporting & Coordination

Share daily/weekly acquisition reports with team leads and managers.

Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure smooth donor onboarding.

Coordinate with the finance team to track donation confirmations.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or telecalling

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Confidence in handling objections and converting leads

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage)
