We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote and expand our surgical and pharmaceutical product portfolio in the Thiruvalla and Pathanamthitta region. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and generate sales for surgical and pharma products in assigned territory
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree
- Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of medical or surgical products (training will be provided)
- Experience in medical representative / pharma sales preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates with experience in hospital-focused sales will have an advantage
