Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms.
- Drive lead generation and demand for multiple service offerings across global markets.
- Manage targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization across campaigns.
- Build retargeting funnels based on creative engagement and website behavior.
Creative-Led Growth
- Work closely with post-production and creative teams to turn assets (images, videos, CGI, edits) into highperforming marketing content.
- Continuously test creative formats, messaging, and storytelling angles to improve campaign performance.
- Translate creative output into marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Social & Digital Growth
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Build brand visibility for multiple service lines across global audiences.
- Align content distribution with creative output pipelines.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze creative performance to identify what drives engagement and leads.
- Continuously optimize funnel performance across channels.
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools to accelerate ad creation, copywriting, audience research, and reporting.
- Build lightweight automation workflows to improve marketing efficiency.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of creative performance and content-driven marketing.
- Ability to collaborate with design, video, and post-production teams.
- Familiarity with GA4 and marketing analytics.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and campaign creation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with creative, design, or media production companies.
- Exposure to B2B services and international clients.
- Understanding of video marketing and visual storytelling.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
