Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month (Performance-based)
PPO Opportunity: Full-Time Employment based on performance after successful completion of the internship
Internship Completion Certificate: Awarded upon successful completion of the internship
Eligibility
- MBA (Marketing, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, General Management)
- Final Year MBA Students & Recent MBA Graduates
- Graduates (B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, or equivalent) who want to build a career in Marketing, Business Development, and Sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for sales, client relationship management, and business growth
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads across residential communities, RWAs, apartment associations, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
- Promote and demonstrate Ohhpro Junction SaaS solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build relationships with housing societies, developers, channel partners, and enterprise customers.
- Support business closures and revenue generation.
- Maintain CRM updates and daily sales activity reports.
- Assist in market expansion and business development initiatives.

Requirements

Working Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Six-day rotational work week.
- Sunday will be a working day due to client and community engagement requirements.
- One weekday will be provided as the weekly off.
