ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is interested & enthusiastic about Field Sales. You will meet customers, understand what they need, and help them choose the right product whether it is a HEPA filter for a cleanroom or a safety solution to be suggested to the customer.
Most of your time will be spent in the field visiting customer sites 3 to 4 days every week in & around Hyderabad. The rest of the time you will be following up on customer quotes, co-ordinating with the team, and keeping your pipeline updated.
PRODUCTS YOU WILL SELL
- HEPA Filters for hospitals, Pharma plants, cleanrooms, data centers.
- AHU Filters for large commercial establishments, Pharma plants
- Connected safety solutions
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY TO DAY
- Visit customer sites 3–4 days a week meet Facility Managers, Engineering teams, and Purchase teams
- Find new customers by calling, referrals, and walking into hospitals, pharma plants and corporate campuses
- Understand what each customer needs and suggest the right product for their setup
- Prepare and send quotations; follow up until the order is confirmed
- Work with our internal team whenever a customer has a technical question or needs a site visit
- Keep your customer list and sales pipeline updated regularly
- Meet your monthly sales target we will give you the support you need to get there
- Stay in touch with existing customers so they keep coming back
CUSTOMERS YOU WILL VISIT
- Pharma companies and corporate offices, their Facility Management teams handle HVAC and air quality
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities with cleanroom or air quality requirements
- Pharma and biotech plants that need GMP-grade air filtration
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· The candidates should have prior experience of at least 3-4 years in selling to Pharma Customers like Aurobindo, Divis, Genome Valley region customers.
· The candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer holding a degree or diploma.
· The candidate with basic knowledge of filters would be preferrable.
· Active listener and clear communicator.
· The candidate should travel to various industrial customers in and around the state to market our products and should be passionate in sales.
· The candidate will be responsible for retaining the existing business along with generating new business for the company.
· Acquisition of new, Development of existing customers in power, chemical, oil refineries, general industries and other segments whichever the company deems necessary.
· The candidates should possess basic technical knowledge to answer any customer queries or requirements.
· Meet the weekly field visit targets and generate sales opportunities
· The person should be willing to travel for 15-20 days every month.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors or /Diploma in Any MECHANICAL Engineering.
· The candidate should have prior experience 3-4 years of sales in pharma industry.
· The candidate should have prior experience of generating leads, winning accounts, and identifying sales opportunities.
· Industry exposure: Pharma, Hospitals, Corporate Sales
· The candidate should possess basic computer literacy should know basics of excel, PowerPoint & word
· The candidate should be able to speak English & Hindi at good proficiency
