About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager – Sales to join our permanent staffing business. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective candidates, build strong professional relationships, and drive revenue through successful candidate onboarding and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates through calls, emails, referrals, and professional networking platforms.
- Present and explain the company's services, placement process, enrollment structure, and overall value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the engagement journey.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate the collection of enrollment fees/payments in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor candidate progress and maintain regular follow-ups until successful placement or joining.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, onboarding activities, payments, and revenue contributions.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve business goals.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
