The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
The professional will work with colleagues and senior leaders in India and across Global Operate. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Operate business and strategic Clients & Industries priorities to support the execution of Global Operate Industry activation initiatives that drive business growth. Working closely with Global Operate, Industry, Sector, and Account leaders, the professional will provide analytical, project management, and operational support across a range of strategic priorities. This role focuses on developing insights, delivering high-quality executive materials, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting activation programs that increase Operate sales, awareness, and adoption across industries.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of Global Operate Industry priorities through data-driven analysis, reporting, and insights that inform business decisions and contribute to growth objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to develop clear insights and produce high-quality deliverables, including executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Support Operate Industry activation initiatives by developing materials, insights, and recommendations for account team workshops, Operate Industry meetings, sales campaigns, and other growth-focused activities.
- Collaborate with Global Industry, Sector, and Account leaders to advance Operate priorities and help drive awareness, adoption, and sales opportunities across industries.
- Coordinate activities across Global Operate functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and Technology, to support the successful execution of industry and sector initiatives.
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables, ensuring timelines, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards are met.
- Support the collection, tracking, and reporting of key business metrics, helping to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts by identifying and promoting leading practices, activation success stories, and reusable assets across Operate Industry teams.
- Support the operational needs of the Operate Clients & Industries team, including maintaining team resources, improving processes, and contributing to team-wide initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships with Global and USI team members and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment through proactive communication, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requisite core skills

- Strong core consulting skills – i.e. research, financial analysis, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high‐impact initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities given aggressive timelines; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles
- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful insights
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast‐paced environment with many competing priorities
- Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
- Added advantage: Previous experience in Operate / managed services, strategy consulting, sales processes and/or communications
- Added advantage: Leveraging AI tools, ability to write and edit Macros in Excel, create dashboards on Tableau, PowerBI, and SharePoint knowledge
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self‐motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close‐knit team.
- Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
- Work experience:
o Consultant: 3-6 years, with at least 2 years of post‐MBA experience
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with professional services firms or corporate strategy
- Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Bengaluru
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
