We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a passionate, creative, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to grow our online community and lead generation system.
Job Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Handle Instagram, Facebook & YouTube accounts
- Daily posting of reels, stories, posts & shorts
- Create engaging captions and hashtags
- Schedule and manage content calendar
Content Coordination
- Coordinate with video editors/freelancers
- Select and organize raw video clips
- Upload and optimize reels & YouTube videos
- Basic Canva designing for posts/stories
Audience Engagement
- Reply to comments, DMs & basic inquiries
- Coordinate leads with counselling/sales team
- Maintain positive brand communication
Marketing & Growth
- Assist in Meta Ads and lead campaigns
- Track engagement and growth metrics
- Suggest trending reel ideas and content strategies
- Help in increasing brand awareness and lead generation
Skills Required
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar apps
- Understanding of reels/trending content
- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic English writing skills
- Creative mindset with execution ability
- Organized and responsible personality
