Lighting & Automation Business/ retail lighting store
Electro Dynamic is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to support order placement, billing, logistics, customer follow up, stock-keeping for our lighting & automation business and our retail lighting store
Key Responsibilities
1.Preparing quotations and customer proposals.
2.Coordinating order placement with our retail showroom, warehouse, regional sales teams, and other dealers wherever applicable.
3.Billing and invoicing using Tally Prime.
4.Coordinating with clients regarding order status, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
5.Payment follow-up and customer communication.
6.Maintaining accurate digital records of stock, orders, pending supplies from vendors, pending payments from clients and various transactions to ensure data is readily available whenever required.
7.Supporting the day-to-day operations of the lighting and automation business.
Mandatory Requirements
a. Working knowledge of Tally Prime and basic accounting.
b.Prior experience in billing, order processing, supply coordination, and customer follow-up.
c.A lot of common sense, alertness, attention to detail, and ability to remember and track multiple tasks.
d. Good communication and coordination skills.
e.Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email, internet, etc.).
f.Organized and systematic working style.
g.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
It is preferred that the candidate takes initiative and interest in learning about lighting and automation products.
Working hours is from 9.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
Salary- 22000 to 24000 based on experience
