Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Immediate joining.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
- Seamlessly onboard new customers (patients or doctors) to the Zyla product and services via telephonic calls.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by continuously adapting processes for user needs.
- Ensure timely follow ups with users and closure of tickets.
- Work towards meeting KPIs of user onboarding, service utilization.
- Run regular check-in meetings with the reporting manager through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to proactively bring up customer needs, and concerns, and develop quick and effective solutions.
- Look into customer engagement and ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
