· Looking after overall supply chain cycle for component like Machining, Fabrication, Sheet metal components
· Having hand on experience of purchase of components process on VMC, JIG BORING, TURNING MC, MILLING MC , LASER CUTTING MC AND BENDING MC
· Looking after procurement of FOC, SPARES and Developments memo.
· Able to make cost estimation of components.
· Vendor Development for new components and alternate vendor development for fast moving and important assembly components to achieve OTD and cost reduction.
· Cost estimation for components like manufacturing, fabrication & Special components.
· Coordination with Planning, Stores, Assembly, QC, Design for their requirement & resolving issues if any.
· Visit to vendors to resolve issues if any and to know status of material.
· Process improvement with help of design dept for existing jobs to reduce cost.
· Meeting with vendors for new development items / to resolve commercial issues.
· Follow up with director and accounts department for vendor payment
· Should Have worked in Medium scale industry
· Knowledge of costing of material& service
· Hands of Experience on Supply Chain Management
· Should have Vendor Database for different material and Process
· Knowledge of Material and process
· Sounds Negotiation skills with Vendor
· Hands On experience on (Central and State Govt.) Excise, service, LBT, Octroi etc.
· Knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Import/ Export of materials
· Knowledge of Just in Time
· Hands on Experience in ERP
· Knowledge of ISO, Kaizen, 5S
· Should Have the ability to develop new vendor
Qualification - Diploma / BE Mechanical
1 And 3 Saturday Off
