- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant service team.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Guide guests with menu recommendations and upsell food and beverage offerings.
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely service by coordinating with the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Train, mentor, and supervise waiters/stewards to maintain service standards.
- Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation.
- Assist in shift planning, staff allocation, and smooth restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
- Prepare daily service reports and communicate operational updates to the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
