We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products and services, generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with the management team for business development strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Good presentation and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Insurance, IT Services, Advertising, or Franchise Sales will be preferred.
