Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer support / client handling
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge & ability to manage calls/emails
Problem-solving attitude & patience in handling queries
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Respond to customer queries via calls, chat & email
Assist clients with information & support
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
