We are a practising Chartered Accountancy firm handling audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, valuation, and MIS assignments for a varied client base. We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Audit & Accounts Assistant to join our team and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in statutory audit, internal audit & tax audit
- Ledger scrutiny, and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Assisting in due diligence assignments — data room review, financial and compliance verification, and preparation of due diligence reports
- Assisting in business valuation engagements — data compilation, financial projections, and working papers
- Preparation of periodic MIS reports for clients — monthly financials, ratio analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons, and dashboards
- Preparation and finalisation of books of accounts, bank reconciliation statements, and financial statements
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS returns, and income tax returns
- Assisting with ROC/MCA filings and other regulatory compliance work
- Data entry and accounting in Tally / Zoho Books
- Coordinating with clients for data collection, queries, and documentation
- Maintaining compliance calendars and ensuring timely completion of assignments
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com /or CA / CMA Pursuing
- Candidates who have completed articleship, or have prior work experience in a CA firm, will be given preference
- Experience in internal audit, due diligence, or valuation work is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel (advanced Excel skills valued for MIS and valuation work)
- Familiarity with GST, income tax, and TDS portals
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and take ownership of assignments

Note on Commitment
We are looking for candidates interested in a long-term association of at least 1–2 years. Applicants seeking a short-term or stop-gap arrangement are requested not to apply, as we invest significant time in training.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
