We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer (MDO) to drive student enrollments through school visits and field sales activities. This is a B2C field sales role focused on building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and other educational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools and educational institutions to generate leads.
- Conduct meetings with school authorities, coaching centers, and tuition teachers.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality leads and update them in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility:
- MBA in Marketing is mandatory and
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales (any industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Candidates from EdTech competitors such as BYJU'S, Physics Wallah (PW), or similar organizations will be preferred.
