PPC MANAGER - Plastic Packaging PET Manufacturing Unit
Experience: 15+ years in Plastic Packaging Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing commercial operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Operations Leadership Lead and oversee Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics, PPC, Raw Material Planning and Administration functions. Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve operational efficiency and business profitability. Ensure seamless coordination between Production, Sales, Planning and Customer Service teams.Procurement & Vendor Management Manage procurement of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Consumables and Engineering items. Develop strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts and strengthen vendor relationships. Drive cost reduction without compromising quality and delivery performance.Stores, Inventory & Warehouse Management Ensure optimum inventory levels and effective warehouse operations. Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and robust control systems. Minimize inventory carrying costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.PPC, Dispatch & Logistics Lead Production Planning & Control (PPC) to ensure timely production schedules. Monitor dispatch planning and logistics operations for on-time customer deliveries. Optimize transportation costs and logistics efficiency.Administration & Compliance Oversee plant administration, statutory compliance and commercial documentation. Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO/BRC/GMP standards and internal audit requirements.Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional teams. Implement process improvements, ERP discipline, MIS reporting and performance monitoring. Drive operational excellence through Lean practices, cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Desired Skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Expertise in Purchase, Stores, PPC, Logistics & Administration ERP proficiency (SAP/Oracle/Tally or equivalent) Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
