Hiring: Manager – Operations
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Operations to oversee field-based infrastructure projects involving civil/mechanical works, site execution, billing coordination, and client management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple project locations.
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, supervisors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, machinery, materials, and daily site requirements.
- Handle billing documentation, measurement coordination, RA bills, client follow-ups, and payment tracking.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per project schedule, technical requirements, and client instructions.
- Resolve site-level operational issues and maintain smooth communication between head office and project sites.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and ensure proper documentation of work executed.
- Coordinate with government/private clients, consultants, and departmental representatives.
Required Experience:
- Prior experience in infrastructure, civil, mechanical, water, drilling, construction, or field-based project execution.
- Strong understanding of site operations, billing, client coordination, and project documentation.
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, site challenges, and deadlines.
- Good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel, if required
Preferred Profile:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Experience with government infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be practical, responsible, and capable of handling ground-level execution independently.
Location: Kolkata Head Office / Project Sites as required
Experience: 5 years minimum
Joining: Immediate / Early joining preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
