- Solid SAP S/4HANA and SAP SaaS product delivery experience, including program-level responsibility across multi-country implementations.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations of SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SAP SCT) and SAP Disclosure Management, including ESG data management, carbon accounting, and integrated reporting.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, ESG reporting frameworks, and relevant regulations (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI).
- Demonstrates passion for delivering projects and programs with a strong culture of accountability, proactiveness, and business value creation.
- Ensures successful end-to-end delivery of SAP SCT, SAP Disclosure Management, and core SAP platform solutions on schedule, with zero defects and within budget.
- Brings deep expertise in project and program delivery methodologies, applying them pragmatically to unlock ESG reporting capabilities and support business transformation.
- Anticipates and manages risks across both the project scope and wider ecosystem, taking practical, effective actions to mitigate them.
- Communicates effectively, using strong verbal and written skills to provide transparency and fact-based updates to stakeholders, leadership, and teams
